PROJECT SUMMARY

IPD stands for In Product Display, and it’s a tool used within QuickBooks to provide our clients with tips, more information about the product, and yes, sales offers. It’s a delicate balance that needed an internal guidebook for all the various teams considering using IPD’s for their specific use case. I began this project with a taxonomy study to ensure the right information made it in, and in the right place. I wrote some of the content, and generated new ways to display the content in a fresh, simplified way. The largest contributions were organizing all the information and copyediting. Shown below is just a portion of the overall “document.”
