PROJECT SUMMARY

This was a comprehensive overhaul of our onboarding emails to QuickBooks Time. Through experience design, my visual designer counterpart and I co-led the strategy and design of this twelve-part email series. We worked cross-functionally with the product designers to ensure synergy between experiences.
